Tardis Medical has created a simple model to enable field based medical roles to more effectively plan for, engage in and follow up outstanding two-way scientific exchange.

If every medical organisation were to implement this tool with their field based teams, it would ensure a global consistency of communication excellence, which every individual could be measured and developed against.

We embed this easy to use tool during a two day face-to-face workshop where each step of the communication model is brought to life using practical exercises and role-relevant scenarios.

Should a team wish to focus on a particular element of the model, such as active listening or how to handle complex questions, we have developed specific workshop modules that will provide delegates with a deep dive experience in order to create sustainable changes in confidence and capability.
