Angela Glover

Capability Development Director & Lead Facilitator, USA

“With a wide and varied background across several sectors from pharmaceutical to non-profit organisations, Angela brings a wealth of experience to coaching and facilitation.

Angela graduated from Sunderland University with an Honors Degree in Applied Biology, performing research in blood enzyme levels during physical exercise. Moving in to the pharmaceutical field with G.D. Searle in 1988, she held several field based roles including Hospital Specialist, Trainer and Divisional Business Manager. Angela was part of the national training team, responsible for Learning & Development and 1:1 coaching at all levels within the organisation.

Angela moved on to roles within the non-profit and public sector, working primarily in education, as a Development Director, National Trainer and running both her own business and coaching others in Business Development. Angela also worked with the UK Department of Health and was part of a national team developing awareness for type 2 diabetes, in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Oxford Health Alliance and the UK National Health Service.

Angela is high-energy, accomplished, effective and capable of delivering facilitated learning across a variety of professional skills and capabilities. Angela builds rapport with individuals and groups in order to create an interactive, safe and stimulating learning environment. She applies emotional intelligence and interpersonal perspective to adjust content and delivery to meet specific groups’ needs.”

David Barwick

“David is an experienced Leader, Coach and Facilitator, having worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years. During that time, he worked across many different departments including sales, marketing, medical and Learning & Development. At Tardis Medical, David takes a lead role in training, coaching and helping organisations to truly embed and understand the value of learning interventions.

David combines his coaching and facilitation skills with practical business acumen. He is able to draw on his experience to create and deliver workshops which focus on human thinking structures and behaviour and how these play out in the business world. Yasuko Inaba

Capability Development Director & Lead Facilitator, Japan

“Yasuko has 12 years of diverse experience as an Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Leadership/Organisational Development Consultant. Being Japanese/English bi-lingual and bi-cultural, she transfers western values and knowledge effectively and practically to Japanese and Asian clients through facilitated learning.

Yasuko holds an MA in International Relations from Yale University and BA from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. Her experience includes designing and facilitating corporate cultural change; strengthening leadership team effectiveness; coaching executives to develop critical skills; assisting new Leaders with integration in to organisations or positions and conducting individual/ team assessments. She has worked with various large-scale multinationals in industries such as Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Trading, Marketing Services, Public Transportation, Telecommunications, Retail etc.

Her strength not only lies in delivering workshops but also in developing new business and services as well as developing and managing teams. As an employee of the largest coaching firm in Japan, she was the founding member of the medical service section and arranged to develop a medical coaching curriculum with medical school professors (MD PhDs).

Yasuko’s style is focussed on achieving the objective whilst staying empathetic. When approaching projects, Yasuko makes sure that empathy and enthusiasm are always combined with good strategic planning, valid data gathering and solid goal setting.”


Bruno Fischetti

Facilitator & Executive Coach, Brazil

“Bruno has worked as a Facilitator and Coach for 10 years, acting in the Educational, Business and Pharmaceutical sectors. He trains, coaches and develops people at all levels and stages of their careers.

Bruno has worked as a Table Facilitator and Coach on several programmes including Communication Skills, Leadership and Coaching for Managers, all within Medical Affairs. Bruno brings flexibility and focus ensuring that the programme is tailored for all delegates. Bruno is able to speak and facilitate in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, his native language.

His skills lie in being open-minded and connecting ideas, helping participants to organise their mental maps, building excellent rapport and focussing on behavioural change to achieve the results wanted from the client.

Bruno has degrees in Journalism and Pedagogy, and has attended several courses in Design Thinking, Storytelling, Business Entrepreneurship, Didactics, Communication Skills and Staff Training and Development. His approach is good humoured and collaborative and he enjoys helping to create a fun, practical and energetic atmosphere in all programmes. His favourite phrase is “Veni, Vidi, Vici” (“I came, I saw, I conquered”) attributed to Julius Caesar, who, used the phrase in a letter to refer to a swift, conclusive victory, just like our everyday battles to achieve happiness!”


Susana Roza

Lead Facilitator & Executive Coach, Spain

“Susana Roza has been working as a Journalist, Coach and Speaker for 25 years. She was a news writer and presenter for CBS Telenoticias out of Miami and CNN en español, based in Atlanta. When she returned to Madrid she became the main image of the morning news on TVE, which was the leading newscast in its time slot for 8 straight years. In her 23 years as a news presenter, she logged more than 10,000 hours of live broadcasting.

She combined presenting newscasts with conferences on ‘Communication and Leadership’ and business school classes on ‘Effective Presentations’, helping to improve business leader’s public speaking abilities. Her clients have included: Ikea, Nokia, Oracle, Procter & Gamble, MTV and many more.

Susana graduated from the University Complutense of Madrid with a degree in Information and Media Studies and has a Masters in Executive Coaching from La Salle International Graduate School.

After living in Río de Janeiro for more than three years, Susana is currently living in Madrid and focusses on giving speeches and providing training courses for spokespeople in Latin America and Spain.

She speaks fluent Spanish, English, and Portuguese.”

Anat Shabi

Facilitator & Executive Coach

“Anat is an experienced Facilitator and Communications Coach with years of marketing and sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Having qualified as a Pharmacist, Anat started her career at teaching hospitals in London, involved in nurse education. After gaining an MBA, Anat joined GSK and held a number of successful roles in both the medical and commercial divisions, often in complex therapy areas. She has led, developed and coached her teams to high achievements.

Anat joined Tardis Medical in 2014 and has since helped to coach and develop Medical Affairs teams across the world to develop and grow their communication skills. She combines her coaching and NLP skills to inspire delegates to challenge their thinking and step outside their comfort zones.

Anat is a strong believer in the simplicity of communications and has helped organisations to refine their key scientific messages and enhance their presentations. Her strong scientific background enables her to quickly understand complex data and communicate it succinctly. She has recently compiled a clinical handbook on myelofibrosis, helping doctors who are new to the therapy area understand the background, the patient pathway, and the treatment options.”

Sabine von Oesterreich

Lead Facilitator & Executive Coach

“Dr. Sabine von Oesterreich has been assisting executives and teams of high-profile organisations, including numerous DAX companies, as a Consultant and Coach for the past ten years.

Prior to this, she worked as a Project Manager and Coach for an international HR consultancy firm and was a Business Consultant focussing on strategic development and restructuring in the area of public health for emerging-markets.

Following her graduate studies in medicine, Dr. von Oesterreich commenced her professional career as an Assistant Doctor in the internal medicine department at the university hospital in Freiburg, Germany. After that, she held various senior executive positions with team responsibility both in Germany and abroad.

With her background as a Medical Doctor, Sabine takes a holistic approach to coaching and educating. For more than 20 years, she has had the opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of the business world, both in Germany and abroad, from the perspective of a Manager and Consultant. A wide range of proven methods and tools rounds out her expertise. She combines experience and knowledge with empathy and emotional intelligence.

Her focus is on advising and coaching executives in times of great challenge. Sabine supports and assists those who wish to reach their private and professional goals more efficiently. Graham Franklin

Facilitator & Executive Coach

“Graham has spent over 30 years in the pharma industry. He has a breadth of commercial and medical experience, having held numerous Director level roles with a strong track record of success. He has also worked globally to develop and deliver Capability Development programmes for a range of teams, most recently with global MSL teams. These projects include the design of competency frameworks and effective methodology for measuring field teams.

Graham is passionate about people, with expertise in leadership, especially leading high performance teams through significant organisational change. Graham has successfully led a Customer Focus project for 14 months to re-organise the GSK UK business, managing the steering group with 10 work streams and widespread input from across the business.

Graham believes in developing people to realise the potential they have within, in order to maximise performance.

The HCPs voice can sometimes be hard to hear in organisations and Graham is adept at helping companies use insight to truly understand the HCPs needs and develop ways to ensure their views truly inform company strategy.

Graham holds a Psychology degree, is an NLP practitioner and a Member of Association for Coaching.”

Alessandra Iannone

Lead Facilitator & Executive Coach

“Alessandra is Italian, with over 20 years’ experience of coaching and developing people. In 1994 she started her Learning & Development career as a Consultant for private and public Italian Companies, specialising in Communication, Leadership, Coaching and Change Management.

Between 2000 and 2013 she worked for Pfizer, a multinational pharmaceutical company, as their Training Manager in Italy and Curriculum Development Manager in Europe. She managed the training programmes for customer facing roles (Reps, Medical Managers, Brand Managers, Senior Managers and Directors).  She designed custom-made courses as well as tools and models to support the development of a variety of roles for 16 European countries gaining extensive cross-multicultural training experience.

From 2013 to 2015, Alessandra worked as a freelance Consultant. Her business and Learning & Development experience is extensive, ranging from scientific communication, understanding customer needs, effective communication, leadership development, influence styles, change management in complex organisations, coaching, facilitation and presentation skills. As a Consultant, she focussed on the pharmaceutical industry, working with a number of top ten blue-chip pharmaceutical organisations.

At the end of 2015, Alessandra joined Tardis Medical where she has facilitated a variety of Capability Development programmes to a range of Medical Affairs teams across Europe.

Her approach is results oriented and focusses on changing people’s behaviours through improving skills and personal insight. She is highly motivated and brings practical experience and relevant content. She supports her participants in their learning, helping them to reach their personal and business goals.

Alessandra’s native language is Italian. She lives in Italy, travelling extensively across Europe. She facilitates in Italian, English and occasionally in Spanish.”

Kim Nielsen

Facilitator & Executive Coach

“Kim has her BA in Education and is also a Certified Professional and Executive Coach. She has served as an Educator, Actor, Director, Trainer and Facilitator for more than 13 years.

Kim has been personally requested to join many organisations as Master Trainer, Creative Director, Performance Coach and Facilitator. She is recognised for her array of skills and highly stylised methods of educating, interacting and training using innovative theatrical and improvisational techniques within a corporate infrastructure. Known for her creative Team Building events and Leadership Workshops, Kim has worked with companies and medical institutions such as Tiffany & CO. Amex, MSNBC, Caterpillar Inc., Maimonides Hospital, Montefiore Medical Centre, The Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education and others.

Kim has been an integral part of an innovative program at NYU Langone/Bellevue Hospital, training patients to become empowered, pro-active participants in their healthcare. Kim is responsible for the coaching of patients and training them how to be more communicative with their healthcare provider (HCP) utilising the talent of her acting/simulation troupe as either HCP or Surgeons to role play with patients. She also works at various hospitals in the Tri-State area as a Performance Coach collaborating with other clinicians designing Objective Structured Clinical Examinations for medical students.”
